TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Andre Buchanan Masonry LLC. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Andre Buchanan Masonry LLC provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines for each client will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be detailed in the SOW. Payments are typically due on a recurring monthly basis for retainer services or upon completion of milestones for project-based work. Late payments may incur additional fees. All advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) is the direct responsibility of the client.

3. Timelines and Deliverables

Andre Buchanan Masonry LLC will make every effort to meet the projected timelines outlined in the SOW. However, these timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, including client feedback delays, third-party platform changes, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for delays caused by such external factors.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary information, assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines), and digital properties (e.g., website backend, ad accounts) required for Andre Buchanan Masonry LLC to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information concerning the business and affairs of the other. This includes proprietary strategies, client data, and performance metrics. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Andre Buchanan Masonry LLC strives to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a number one ranking on Google or a specific conversion rate. The digital marketing landscape is dynamic and subject to change. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
